Return Policy


Indigo Apparel only offers "STORE CREDITS and EXCHANGES ONLY... NO REFUNDS." on shipped orders; No exceptions! Pre-sale and clearance/discounted items & accessories are all final sales and are not eligible for store credit/exchange.

Our mission is to serve our customers with a spirit of excellence. In the event, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make it right.

STORE CREDIT:
Returns for store credit should be mailed back to Indigo Apparel at 29715 4th Avenue Federal Way, WA 98003. We recommend using the US Postal Service which is the most economical means of shipping your returns back to us. We will allow (7) business days for you to send your return back to us for store credit/exchange after you receive the order. After (7) business days your order will no longer be eligible for a store credit/exchange.

We will email you an online discount code to use as your Store Credit in the amount of the item(s) you returned plus sales taxes if applicable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable or eligible for store credit. Your store credit is issued in the form of an online discount code and does not expire. Your store credit in the form of an online discount code will be issued once the returned item(s) are received in satisfactory condition. Returned items must remain un-washed, unworn with the original tags attached. We will notify you via email of the amount of your store credit and of your personal online discount code.

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed. Acknowledgment of your order will be sent via email once you complete your order online. Should you change your mind or choose to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via info@indigoapparel.online and we will respond to your request with promptness to ensure that the canceled order does not ship and is fully refunded. Once your order has been shipped, we can provide store credit only, shipping costs will not be refunded.

You will be notified if there is a delay or if the item you ordered is out of stock. We rarely have problems with out-of-stock items but in the event that we do, we will contact you to discuss your options.

EXCHANGES:
We offer exchanges for the same item but in a different size! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that via info@indigoapparel.online. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 48 hours after your original purchase has been returned and received. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a store credit only.

Please read and make yourself familiar with our store credit policy because it will be strictly enforced. Should you choose to return or cancel your order, it will be assumed you have read and understood our policy as written and stated.
